KDSAP works to promote the early detection of Chronic Kidney Disease through free kidney screenings to underserved populations!
At every screening, we work with our amazing physicians to provide free physician consults to participants.

Our First Screening

We are happy to announce that we successfully screened 21 people! Thank you so much to all of our wonderful volunteers, physicians, and library staff who allowed for our first screening to run so smoothly, we appreciate each and every one of you. None of this would have been possible without you.

With the help of our 26 volunteers, we successfully held another screening! At the track meet, we also had special arts & crafts activities at a kids table to teach community members how the kidneys filter blood!
Westwood Branch Library Screening
November 23rd, 2024
With the help of our 30 volunteers, we successfully held another screening and provided 34 people complimentary Blood Pressure Tests, Blood Glucose Tests, Urine Tests, BMI tests, and a physician consultation!
